Dear mydd admins ...

By taking down all of my posts related to www.noquarterusa.net and the issue of 'race hate' -- and lack thereof -- on that site, you have denied the good readers of mydd the opportunity to see what a slobbering, ill-informed, hate-mongering racist actually looks like.   That would be me, by the reckoning of 'some' here.  

Though not by my own.  

You have also denied the good readers of mydd the opportunity to ignore and/or disparage me in ways that might prove instructive to myself and others who dare to have such views.

Is this how the new progressive movement, the new coalition of democrats, defines free speech?   If so, then heaven help the United States Constitution.

It's been pretty conclusively shown by myself and others that the diaries/blogs on that site are mean-spirited and borderline racist, while the comments by users there are obviously racist.

you would also think a self proclaimed progressive wouldn't embrace that borderline racist site (being very generous) site nor its DLC/dino loving membership.   I guess overthere progressive = tin foil conspiracy charges of whitey tape and manchurian candidate.  and yes, partisan private website does not = public arena.  funny how there is no crying about how supporting Obama will get one banned over there = destroy the consitution and BORights.  swiss cheese with those wholes in logic

Ah you miss the point my friend and I use that term loosely. This is a private site run by the admins according to their rules. The 1st has no part in it. Just as NoQuarter is a private site where nut boy Larry can take down anything that goes against his NoObama message and does.

Now, I'm not going to call you a racist, for the simple reason I think we have all gotten a bit to comfortable bantering that term around.

However calling you, uniformed, a bit of a wacko, out of touch with reality and just plane ignorant, no problem.

It would appear that there has been another of the periodic housecleanings, this time maybe even of the correct people, coincident with a troll diary posted by one Catfish the Second, hypothesizing the end of the Democratic Party as we know it and the subsequent destruction of the nation because Obama allegedly didn't (wouldn't) have dinner with Bill Clinton, who is really, really red-faced mad about it.  That diary was yanked suddenly last night without ceremony, and one hopes to jebus the trash taken out with it.  If so, and I will admit, that is alweays a big if around here, BRAVO ADMINS!

Probably - because, unlike you, they actually understand the Constitutional right of free speech.  

The Constitution guarantees your right to free speech and no one at mydd.com has denied you that right.  All they have done is deny you mydd.com as a forum.

And if you think you have some Constitutional right to air your views on someone elses privately own website, then you're woefully ignorant as to the Constitutional right of free speech.
